Alan changed careers in 1986 and developed the Second Career Program. Specializing in lifestyle retirement planning, Dr. Roadburg and his associates have conducted hundreds of retirement workshops with literally thousands of private and public sector employees. They have developed a strong rapport with and understanding of the needs of pre- and post-retirees. The Life After Work series of self-help books and videos were developed to enable a broader distribution of this unique retirement lifestyle planning program. Dr. Roadburg’s books are available at most bookstores.
